For Vietnam, this is an especially critical opportunity to accelerate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Internal Strength Built Over Nearly 40 Years of Renovation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After nearly 40 years of the (Renovation) process, Vietnam has established a substantial internal foundation.<\/p>\n<p>This includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an increasingly larger economic scale;<\/li>\n<li>a rapidly growing business sector;<\/li>\n<li>an expanded production base;<\/li>\n<li>enhanced international standing;<\/li>\n<li>a stable political environment;<\/li>\n<li>and a golden population structure with significant remaining potential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most importantly, Vietnam is entering a phase where accumulated internal strengths can be transformed into new development momentum\u2014if properly unlocked.<\/p>\n<p>Today, resources are no longer a matter of absolute shortage, but rather a matter of effective mobilization and allocation. apparatus.<\/p>\n<p>It must be a system that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>acts quickly;<\/li>\n<li>makes sound decisions;<\/li>\n<li>executes effectively;<\/li>\n<li>supports businesses;<\/li>\n<li>serves the people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>National governance capacity will be the decisive factor in turning great ambitions into reality.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
