Ho Chi Minh City (Viet Nam), August 18, 2025 – Sai Gon Phat Thinh Ratings Joint Stock Company (Saigon Ratings), Vietnam’s first independent credit rating agency and MARC Ratings Berhad, Malaysia’s credit rating agency have agreed to strengthen their partnership through the signing of a new Credit Rating Technical Cooperation Agreement.
Building on a Memorandum of Understanding signed between Saigon Ratings and MARC Ratings Berhad in May 2024, the new Technical Collaboration Agreement will focus on exchanging technical expertise, conducting joint training programmes, and developing innovative credit rating methodologies tailored for the ASEAN region.
