The Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved sponsor KSTA 6734 – VIE Project: Public-Private Partnership for Private Sector Development and State-Owned Enterprise Reform for Saigon Ratings Joint Stock Company (Saigon Ratings) to promote the development of the domestic credit rating market.
